FAQ - What is Multi-factor Authentication?

Multi-factor Authentication, or MFA is an added level of security to protect your information. when you create your account, you will be given three options for receiving an authentication code: Authenticator app (recommended), text, or email.



You will be required to enter a new code each time you sign into your profile. It will remain valid for 24 hours. After that, you will need to sign back in, using a new code.
